Last updated: 2026-09-01This page explains the difference between original The Blood of Dawnwalker Guide material and third-party material relating to The Blood of Dawnwalker, how each is used, and how a rights holder can request review or removal. It is intended to make ownership clear; it does not provide legal advice or claim that every use is governed by the same law in every country.
Original site material
© 2026The Blood of Dawnwalker Guide. Unless a page says otherwise, original explanations, comparisons, written guides, editorial annotations, page organization, and site-specific visual design created for this guide are owned by the site operator or used with permission from a contributor. You may link to public pages and quote limited portions for commentary, criticism, news, research, or discussion when you identify the source and include a link to the original page. Republishing a complete guide, removing attribution, or copying the site into a competing database requires prior written permission.
Game names, marks, and assets
The Blood of Dawnwalker, its title treatment, characters, locations, story, logos, screenshots, trailers, artwork, music, dialogue, and related materials are the property of Rebel Wolves, Bandai Namco Entertainment, and any other applicable rights holders. The site claims no ownership of those materials. Their use is limited to identifying the game and supporting fan-made reporting, criticism, analysis, reference, and instruction. No appearance of a mark or asset should be understood as sponsorship, approval, partnership, or transfer of rights.
How third-party material is selected
We aim to use only the amount of third-party material reasonably useful for the editorial purpose. Official imagery is preferred over invented depictions when accuracy matters. An image should illustrate the mechanic, character state, location, edition, or announcement discussed beside it rather than function as an unrelated asset library. Source labels and links are included where practical. A link or credit does not by itself create permission, and the absence of a credit does not mean the site claims ownership. Rights remain with the original owner regardless of how material is labeled.
Fair use and similar exceptions
Some uses may qualify as fair use, fair dealing, quotation, criticism, review, reporting, or another legal exception depending on the jurisdiction and facts. These doctrines are case-specific. This page does not grant readers a license to reuse an asset and does not assert that every possible reuse is automatically lawful. If you want to reproduce a game logo, screenshot, trailer clip, music track, or other protected material, seek permission from the relevant owner or independently evaluate the law that applies to your use.
Links, quotations, and syndication
You are welcome to share a canonical page link. Short quotations from original guide text should name The Blood of Dawnwalker Guide, link to the source page, preserve the meaning of the passage, and avoid implying endorsement. Automated or manual republication of substantial portions, translations of entire pages, removal of watermarks or credits, resale, and creation of a mirror or substitute guide are not permitted without written authorization. Search engines may index public pages in accordance with published crawler controls; that permission does not extend to unrestricted dataset creation or commercial content cloning.
Contributor material
A person who submits text, screenshots, corrections, or other material must have the right to provide it. Do not submit leaked builds, confidential documents, embargoed material you cannot lawfully share, private messages without permission, or assets copied from another guide. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, a voluntary submission gives the site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to review, edit, reproduce, display, and distribute it as part of the guide. Appropriate credit may be given, but anonymous factual tips and routine corrections may be incorporated without a byline.
Copyright review and removal requests
If you believe material on the site infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a request to contact@thebloodofdawnwalker.net . Include your full name and contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact site URL and enough detail to locate the challenged material; an explanation of the right you hold; the action requested; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized representative. Include a physical or electronic signature where applicable.
We may ask for clarification, verify authority, temporarily restrict material while a claim is reviewed, remove or modify material, preserve records required for a dispute, and notify the contributor or publisher of the page. A complete notice helps us evaluate the specific use rather than removing unrelated material. If a counter-notice or restoration process is available under applicable law, we will explain the required information to the affected party. Submitting knowingly false or materially misleading claims may carry legal consequences; use the process only for rights you are authorized to enforce.
Trademark and other concerns
Copyright is different from trademark, privacy, impersonation, defamation, and disclosure of confidential information. If your concern involves a logo, brand presentation, personal information, inaccurate attribution, or another legal right, identify that issue clearly in the subject line and explain the requested correction. We will route it through the most appropriate review process. General feedback about game accuracy belongs in the editorial correction channel described on the Contact page. The standing fan-site notice remains: The Blood of Dawnwalker Guide is an independent fan-made site. It is not affiliated with Rebel Wolves or Bandai Namco Entertainment.
